Our programmes are bespoke. What follows is intended to provide a flavour of the different options for your study tour. Our exclusively designed tours combine university visits, cultural exploration, and expert guidance to provide a comprehensive understanding of UK higher education.

London Universities

A highlight of every trip is experiencing the vibrant city of London, visiting renowned institutions such as University College London (UCL), King's College London, and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Engage in informative discussions with current students and discover the diverse academic opportunities available in the heart of London. Any visit would be incomplete without immersion in the cultural wonders of the city. From the iconic British Museum, to the bustling markets and captivating street performers in Covent Garden, you will experience the rich tapestry of London's cultural scene. 

Cambridge and Oxford

Logistics

A 360° approach to planning and delivery

Venues & Accommodation: Many of our programmes, tours & trips are hosted at prestigious UK boarding schools, offering students access to exceptional facilities in a safe and inspiring environment. We work with a wide network of leading schools and campuses across the UK, subject to seasonal availability.

 

Groups generally stay on boarding school campuses to enjoy excellent facilities and the peace of mind that comes with a secure setting. Staying in these venues provides students with a taste of boarding school life, close proximity to tour destinations, and the opportunity to take part in a rich programme of evening activities using on-site facilities

.

Catering: School venues can provide meals on a half-board or full-board basis, with the option for groups to dine at restaurants or make alternative arrangements where preferred.

Travel & Support:

  • Visa letters: Provided through our ASIC Premium accreditation, including visa letters for all group members.

  • Transport: Full-service logistics, including airport meet-and-greet, private coach travel, and transfers to programme venues and excursions.

  • Staffing: Our dedicated team accompanies each group throughout the programme, offering comprehensive on-the-ground support—from pastoral care to and evening activities and boarding house supervision to assisting your own staff as needed.

Transportation and excursions

Flights and transfers can be arranged upon request. Simply contact our team and we will be delighted to share a range of different options to suit your itinerary and budget needs. We also organise additional activities for our study groups from horse riding to theatre trips.
