Welcome to Avernus Education's virtual law work experience, in partnership with Birketts LLP, one of the UK's leading law firms.

Our program is designed to provide international students with a unique opportunity to gain insight into the world of law and to experience what it's like to work at a top UK law firm.
Goals & Objectives
During the program, students will have the opportunity to:

Learn about the UK legal system and the structure and function of UK law firms.

Gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities and tasks of solicitors and barristers - from young lawyers.

Hear from current law students at Oxbridge about the academic and extracurricular opportunities available to law students at these prestigious universities.

Participate in interactive tasks and presentations that simulate real-life scenarios.

Learn about career opportunities in law and network with representatives from different areas of the legal industry.
Certificate of Completion
All students are given a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the Virtual Internship. The Certificate will be signed by a Senior Partner from Birketts.
